1. Enrollment and Access

1.1. Eligibility: Our services are specifically designed for students enrolled in IGCSE/O'levels and A'levels. Only students who have completed the enrollment process and paid the required fees are eligible to access our courses.

1.2. Account Creation: You must create an account to access our classes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

2. Class Schedules and Attendance

2.1. Class Timings: As mentioned in the Course. Extra classes may be added as needed. You will be notified of any changes to the schedule in advance.

2.2. Attendance Policy: Students who consistently miss classes or fail to submit homework without any valid reason will be asked to discontinue. Consistent attendance is crucial for effective learning.

3. Course Content and Delivery

3.1. Course Materials: All course materials provided are for personal use only. You may not distribute, modify, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Mathlete.

3.2. Content Updates: We strive to keep our course content up-to-date. Mathlete reserves the right to modify or update the content at any time.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1. Fees: All fees must be paid in full before the start of the Month. Details of the fees are provided during the enrollment process.

4.2. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once access to the course materials has been granted.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Behavior: Students are expected to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.

5.2. Communication: All communication within the Mathlete platform should be respectful and appropriate. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate expulsion.

6. Technical Requirements

6.1. Equipment: Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in online classes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership: All content provided by Mathlete, including but not limited to videos, documents, and software, is the intellectual property of Mathlete and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit permission from Mathlete.
